Which not only creates a new experience but will ultimately increase the revenue of the retailer!My background: Throughout my years of being an entrepreneur by creating my own business model of the new retail experience I developed the knowledge and skills to transform a regular store (or shop) into the ultimate shopping experience which was never seen before in Vienna. Soon other stores followed my ideas which created an increase not only in foot traffic in the immediate area but ultimately increased the revenue sales. I implemented the very first contemporary concepts stores in Vienna. The shops were located at unusual locations as e.g. at a former laundry. The location always was the inspiration for the shop installation and the product range. Each shop was uniquely different. The main assortment offered selected fashion design and accessories, fancy books and magazines, vinyl and CDs of independent music labels. Weekly events as live music sessions, art exhibitions, creative jewelry presentations on life models, sample sales, performances and much more transformed the shop into a meeting point. People came sharing their interests in fashion and trends. The shop was always on the move and offered permanently new content for the customers.I gained my management skills in working at the center management of shopping centers. I’ve learned a lot in retail business and to how to run huge shopping areas. I became a retail business specialist on how to run huge shopping venues.My vision is to shape the future in revolutionizing the retail industry! I’m convinced that retail needs a radical change and that the changes have already started. More than ever issues as sustainability, climate protection, environmental awareness but also value change and social interaction have to be covered in addition to selling products. And – looking back at the start of the very first department stores – exceptional customer service will become the most important part of the new shopping experience!
