When I started, the division was billing less than 40 hours per week. My main responsibility was to build the business to 1200+ billable hours per week. By building a great team to work with me, we hit that goal in under nine months.

As an HR Generalist I was responsible for:- Screening, on-boarding, and training employees - Keeping all HR documents, work instructions for all departments companywide, and policies/procedures updated quarterly as required by SAS70/SSAE 16 standards- Disaster planning and execution of moving offices to a secured location in the event of inclement weatherAs Data Entry Manager I trained and managed the order entry department of 12 which entered real estate reports into bank databases. In these roles I learned a lot about planning for all possible contingencies and staying prepared for all potential issues.

Responsible for recruiting and sales for Jacksonville Staffing Agency, I brought in new business and worked with new and established customers to hire talented, motivated staff with the right skills and personality fit for each company, position and team.

As an organization that relies primarily on volunteers, I was responsible for the recruitment, training and management of over 200 volunteers.I designed, procured funding and delivered programs to members of the US Armed Forces and their families at five different military bases around Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
