Human Resources Manager/Business Development Manager
CurrentHuman Resources: Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems; Strategic Planning; Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; Performs benefits administration; Benefits and Salary Analysis/benchmarking; Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations and exit interviews; Recruitment; Establishes and maintains department records and reports; Act as the subject matter expert for all employment law-related issues including leave management (FMLA, PDL, etc.); Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; Event Planning (the fun stuff!!); making sure our Employee's and CALA are well taken care of! Business Development: Overseeing and managing details of the RFP process and workflow; Preparing RFQ/RFP including subconsultant coordination); Strategic Planning; Developing & overseeing database and other marketing documentation and updating as needed; Oversee marketing staff; QC on RFP/RFQs; Prepares accurate reports of all departmental expenditures and sets budgets; Website updates; Award submittals; Coordinating and attending local and state conferences (CPRS,Trails and Greenways, etc.); making sure our clients are well taken care of!
