06/97 - 08/00: Human Resources Director, Engineering & Evaluation Groups & Corporate “Ombudsman” & Spin-off NQA-USA (ISO Registrar).Directly responsible for seven (7) divisions (Massachusetts, New Jersey, Virginia & Florida) Human Resource functions to include employee relations, employment records maintenance, and benefit sourcing, administration and contract maintenance. Heavily involved in directing the efforts of the Company’s HR staff nation-wide. Provided training and legal support, as needed, to entire Company’s HR and General Managers/Group Presidents. Revised the job descriptions and salary ranges for the company’s Engineering and Testing groups, as well as the ISO Registrar side. Revised the Company’s Performance Review forms, separating the form types into two: Testing & Engineering, and Staffing & ISO Registrar by use of internal focus groups.
