Haute couture fashion boutique for women. Conceived the business concept to create personal image brands for women. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS: Designed a business plan and built from the ground up a women’s fashion boutique which grew 300%.  Oversight of financial operations, sourcing and vendor management in order to diversify with the local market.  Talent management aligned with the vision of the business as well as incentive plan management to drive aggressive growth and build customer allegiance.

Developed financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting for advanced projects in a global $900 million company.SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS: Member of the financial team during a corporate buyout. ATS purchased Accu-Fab – an Oregon and California based company which engineered and built automation solutions for companies such as Hewlett Packard, Seagate, and Cisco.  Transitioned all of the local accounting systems of Accu-Fab into the global accounting system of ATS.

SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS: Created internal controls within each athletic department, while ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations that governed Division 1 and 2 athletics were not being jeopardized. Examined and instituted internal controls within various departments of the State System of Higher Education which included all eight universities and colleges in Oregon.
