Responsibilities Responsible for completing all digital and physical archiving of the project documentation in accordance with the applicable Quality Management System procedures.Providing general support to the project department according to the applicable procedures and work instructions from the Frames Quality Management System.Ensuring an adequate knowledge level is maintained in the field of expertise. Developing knowledge and skills to be able to address current and future project and market demands.Coordinating the warehousing, expedition and transport of goods to the customer and/ or place of assembly. Transport includes: air, sea, road and exceptional transport.Tasks- Invoicing for project payment stages- Booking flights, accommodation, etc. for business trips, as well as obtaining the necessary travel documentations such as visa- processing purchase orders, sending and archiving, - ensuring transport to and from supplier and clients, creating required transport documents, selecting and organizing means of transport- processing documents and transmittal letters in MDS and DMS

Schiphol

Creating contracts with high-level of attention to detail: terms and conditions, billing period and customer information, contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Cooperate with different team members from the Business Unit and giving the correct information. Supporting the four sales departments and the productline department with a wide range of admin tasks.

Serbia

Meeting and contacting with potential vendors having interest in engaging the agency. Creating and maintaining relationships with existing clients and encouraging repeat and word of mouth generated business. Strong ability to manage conflicting and changing priorities. Correspond via email, fax and phone with customers. Preparing estimates and acknowledgments for follow up calls or faxes.

This was Sonja's first experience with the television production company Skyhigh TV. She was the translator in the documentary episode Hand of the God, about the famous footballer Danko Lazovic. Along with translating she had to guide the crew through the city of Belgrade. This documentary was broadcasted at the Dutch National Television.

Serbia

In her 5 years as Consular officer Sonja performed the following activities: Management of handling visa applications on daily basis; Daily handover of visa fees to the responsible accounting managers of the Embassy; Credit control-chasing payments and resolving queries from customers; Representation of general administrative interests and fulfillment of requests of the Dutch nationals in Serbia; Administrative assistance in the organizational issues within the Embassy; Processing applications for passports using biometric equipment; The official checks whether the candidate's identification document is authentic; Making informal translations (Serbian/English/Dutch); Preparation of files and file maintenance; Giving civic integration exam; Dealing with internal and external contacts per e-mail, telephone and in person; Visiting prisoners and writing reports.

In this quite short period of time Sonja gathered enough qualified experience in administration matters such as invoice processing, organizing meetings and conferences, making hotel and flight reservation, and other various related duties. She took part in many receptions, excursions and was always capable of giving right information to the client; Providing a face-to-face service if the customer cannot be dealt with over the phone.; Various student jobsVariousDuring Sonja's student time she has traveled a lot and gathered a big amount of experience in working with people in wide range of jobs (library, promoter, hostess, telephonist).
