Very popular Kiertotalous Kasvuun vai karkuun? event was planned and produced together with Sitra, Business Finland, Design Week Kuopio, Kuopion kaupunki, BusinessKuopio, Savonia-AMK, Talous, and nuoret TAT ry, Kuopion Klubi, and Ravintola Musta Lammas. The chosen group of 15 designers from different area's of expertise went through an intense coaching during four months. Coaching was organized by Ornamo, Opteam and Sitra. During the coaching our perspectives on the future of work of designers were surveyed. This was a case study that is part of broader frame of systemic change in the emploiment market. A written account was published by Sitra in March 2017. -
