I created and distributed all HTML email marketing communications to the membership and accounting related lists. Gathered open rate and click through data. I also work closely with the webmaster in creating and updating the main website, and section and regional websites. I was responsible for creating sectional newsletters in both HTML and PDF formats using Dreamweaver and Adobe Creative Suite. During my time with the Association, I also did minor video creation and editing using AVS4YOU video software.

I was hired on as a proof reader and membership support, but quickly moved to email marketing and finally webmaster and membership support position. I created web pages and online PowerPoint presentations for the various properties that where offered through the Association. I would update the main web pages with new content, and create new pages as necessary. I would also create HTML based email commutations to the Association’s membership informing them of new investment properties. I would assist the graphic designer in creating and maintaining printed materials as well as some proof reading. I worked consistently with Open Source Management Systems and a Membership Database in FileMaker.

During my College years, I worked for BayKap Inc, which is a company that owns and operates various gas stations and all Dunkin Donut stores in Sarasota County. I handled cash and Credit Card transactions, as well as balanced cash drawers and made deposits. I frequently closed store and secured building and restocked merchandise and cleaned when necessary. I was rehired after the store was sold at a Hess Station, and then at a Dunkin Donuts location, where I oversaw merchandise delivery, handled cash and Credit Card transactions, fulfilled customer orders and attended to various duties as needed.
