I took care of many different systems including webshop, webshop's background systems, several invoicing and financial systems, and few others. Also, I was dealing with purchase orders, creating order confirmations, and proforma invoices. My biggest achievement was my capability to control the situation even though things were continuously changing. It was great to be a part of a new innovative business.

I looked through many competitors and I followed up the market. Secondly, I handled and processed orders. I managed various systems, and divided my time between these tasks. I was communicating continuously with a shipping company, port and sales people in the USA and China. I managed a master schedule and calculated ships' capacities. It was my responsibility to check that ships were fully booked before sailing and products went to customers on time. My job was demanding and there was always time pressure. It felt good to have a meaningful job with responsibilities.

My skills in multitasking took a huge step since it was a mandatory talent in order to be able to work on that spot. I really enjoyed my work and all the challenges, what I experienced, boosted my self-confidence.
