Purchased 28 scripts from over 300 pitches and developed ideas and concepts for writers to execute. Hired show runners, directors, actors and approved key production personnel for 5 pilot productions. Structured deals with business affairs for inexpensive script and property purchases. Maximized excellent production value on a low budget model. Reported directly to the president of the company and supervised a department of 2 creative executives and 2 assistants.

Persuaded and contracted A-list feature film and television writers to develop drama scripts and series. Sold 20 scripts to the major broadcast networks, five of which became pilot orders.
