I’ve also acted as a team leader and supervisor.The main focus has been in promoting the Firstbeat Life health and wellness solution globally. The most advanced technology for balancing stress and recovery promotes health and wellbeing with science-backed confidence.This has included brand development, content strategy and marketing, digital marketing from paid ad campaigns to CRO, service postitioning and value propositions, media work, SaaS product launch for B2B partners and creating partnership marketing concept, product releases, e-commerce pilot and much more.ℹ️ Currently I am out of office. For a while I focused on open university studies to deepen my leadership skills and knowledge in responsible business and sustainability. During studies I started helping Sitomo in a part-time project.

Harvia is one of the world’s leading companies in sauna and spa market. In my role I focused on global marketing and communication to promote Harvia Group’s strategy, products and services. Harvia's mission is to allow everyone across the globe to experience the healing and relaxing effects of taking a sauna.I was responsible for planning, coordination and execution in relation to both marketing communication and corporate communication. During the spring I also acted as a substitute marketing director and team leader.My tasks included e.g. brand marketing from planning to hands on activities, product marketing and product launch campaign management, content strategy and production, digital marketing development and corporate communication from PR, investor relations and merger comms to internal communication. I was responsible for e.g. launching Harvia Legend Greenflame, increasing digital reach and engagement, generating leads with sauna design campaign, renewing our corporate video for AGM and building brand-new IR website.It was a great pleasure to work with all talented colleagues and various partners in different markets. After achieving a good phase in bigger projects, I decided to move on to new challenges to get to work in wellness and health industry.

As a communication consultant my goal was to boost business with targeted communication and successful interaction. In Medita I worked with various organisations from energy to well-being industry to support their business in owned, earned and paid media. I deepened my knowledge especially in digital communication and content marketing. In our HubSpot team I acted as a content strategist. In IT company Solteq I developed both our visibility and communication culture. My main responsibilities related to content strategy and digital marketing, marketing planning, media relations as well as communication development. The impact of my work is best seen in the results of owned and earned media as well as in the development of internal communication and employer branding. I also participated in investor relations and merger communication.My work with corporate communication included elements from the strategic level to project management and hands-on execution. In everyday life I acted as a marketing executive, communication designer, content strategist, comms coach, facilitator, social media manager, recruitment marketer, intra owner, media relations officer or just an innovator – depending on the needs.Naturally all this included a lot of collaboration with Solteqians and various partners. I was part of both HR & communication team and marketing team. My ultimate goal was to help everyone to interact effectively to boost business and make everyday life smoother. Communication, working life and Solteq as an international growth company were constantly evolving. All the new things made this path so exciting.

As a Marketing Coordinator I was responsible for JAMK's Teacher Education College's marketing and communication. I was also a member of our management team.During the years I planned, developed, created and did a lot. As a result especially the digital engagement improved significantly.I enjoyed planning the marketing communication strategy and campaigns as well as developing our communications culture and digital presence. For example boosting social media visibility was basically part of my every workday, which can be seen in achieved results and immense growth in interaction.
