My name is Sonja Strandquist. I am the youngest in an Italian family of six, where God, family, and food are the centers of my life (in that order). I was homeschooled through 7th grade by my wonderful mama who instilled in me a passionate love of both learning and reading. I graduated the spring of 2024 with my Bachelors in Secondary English EDUC (6-12). Outside of my love for the Lord, my family, and gourmet Italian cuisine, the two passions of my life are reading and writing. I spend more of my time than I probably should engrossed in books, and spend the other portion of my time writing novels, short stories, and occasionally poetry. Thanks to a wonderful and brilliant English teacher I had during high school, I now can add a love of teaching to my passions.I am striving to be a homeschool consultant and tutor to the homeschool families in my area of Colorado. I am also working toward finishing my first novel and looking for any kind of teaching, tutoring, or writing work (including editing).
