I managed the Chemical Industry Federation of Finland´s digital communications and responsibility communications. My work included website and social media management, strategic content planning and creation, video production and video/photo editing. I was the project manager for the federation's website projects. I also trained our staff on matters related to digital comms such as social media. It was my responsibility to analyze the federation's digital engagement and visibility and to adjust the content strategy accordingly. By tuning the social media strategy the federation's number of followers doubled on Facebook, went up over 70% on Twitter and quintupled on LinkedIn. In 2022 our Instagram gained 55% more followers than it had in 2021 and in six months our TikTok got 500 000 organic views (TikTok was introduced as a new channel for the organization in June 2022).

My marketing, social media & PR management for the Internet of Things 2017 event led to #iotnordic trending in Finland with over 300 000 views. The event was covered by Finnish broadcasting company Yle's Finnish news, Swedish news, morning show and by tech magazines. I was responsible for multichannel digital marketing, social media management, content creation and marketing, event management and PR. I was also the producer of the Smart City 2017 event.

(Fixed-term contract) During my year as Sanasto’s Publicist I oversaw the development of Sanasto’s customer communications, customer marketing and social media. Under my management Instagram was introduced and the number of Facebook likes increased 12%. I advised the staff on customer care and acquisition. Over 600 new customers joined Sanasto in 6 months, increasing the total number of customers to over 7000, this was a team effort. At the end of the year I conducted a customer satisfaction survey and over 95% of respondents rated Sanasto's customer service as excellent. Our customer communications was described as modern, easy to approach, helpful and friendly. It was also my responsibility to update websites, create newsletters and brochures both in print and with digital tools and to help with event organizing. A versatile job required a flexible, coordinated worker who can handle pressure.
