Family Assistance Centers (FACs) are geographically dispersed across Idaho. Each of the FAC’s assist service members, veterans, retirees, active duty of all branches of service and their families with resources and referrals to their questions regarding benefits, deployment cycle process, financial hardships, legal resources, counseling resources, TriCare, ID Cards and DEERS. FAC staff act as a community advocate for the local military by establishing relationships with various community organizations and maintain a database of services available your area. They also assist Family Readiness Groups (FRGs) and Military Youth Groups with training and activities.
