In my career I’ve been thrust into vague and chaotic environments and had to quickly create efficient production flow and robust processes. Often this was done in other countries, cultures, and languages (and tons of embarrassing stories). I pick up languages fairly quickly – I started dreaming in Spanish 6 months after I moved to Mexico.My creativity comes in the form of Change – Both Continuous Improvement and Transformational Change. Knowing how to implement these is critical to success. I’ve had great mentors for both. I’m adept at assessing a situation, stabilizing it, and then making large leaps forward to move ahead of competitors.I enjoy leading people with processes and technology in order to achieve amazing goals. I develop people to support each other into high performing teams, and empower them to crush company goals. A strong team will fix or replace a broken system, but a broken team can break a strong system.
