In my career I’ve been thrust into vague and chaotic environments and had to quickly create efficient production flow and robust processes. Often this was done in other countries, cultures, and languages (and tons of embarrassing stories). I pick up languages fairly quickly – I started dreaming in Spanish 6 months after I moved to Mexico.My creativity comes in the form of Change – Both Continuous Improvement and Transformational Change.
