1) Ensure all types of Corporate & legal support to the company.2) Performed with all concern of customs authority at Ctg, Benapol & Dhaka. 3) Maintain Liaison & development of effective working relationships between corporate functions with other government bodies.4) Process & follow-up of licenses (Like Trade License, Factory License, Fire License, Environment License, BSTI, DGDA, BIDA, RJSC, CCIE, BERC, Explosive, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of agriculture, PPW, BCPA etc.5) Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Import & Export activities, Customs, VAT & Tax department etc.6) Make a list of signed/executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry / renewal of each agreement7) Checking all kind of bills & ensure the statutory behavior regarding VDS, TDS & WHT and other related activities.8) Preparation and submission of Monthly VAT return & Half yearly WHT return/ coordinate with auditors & consultants regarding Corporate tax return 9) Participate of any audit, hearing, assessment & settlement of TAX & VAT with Govt. authorities, Appeal tribunal, High Court etc.10) Maintain and archive necessary Legal documents, files and registers also prepare a monthly/quarterly work plan and progress report share with management.

Dhaka

1) Prepare & monitoring all kind of VAT activities (Monthly vat return, Price declaration, audit, hearing, tribunal, High court, etc.2) Provide full support to team members in factory & warehouse vat operations 3) Ensure all statutory requirements & inventory audit, VAT audit & internal audit.4) Confirm proper compliance with VAT & Tax laws with the changes in Finance Ordinance to ensure its proper implementation with business procedure. 5) Verified & reconcile all transactions like Receive voucher, Payment voucher, input vat, output vat & Journal voucher etc.6) Transaction with company’s Tax & VAT related issues with consultant.7) Perform tax calculation and ensure deposit by treasure on time.8) All kind of VAT & TAX management & control E-Vat system.9) Maintain and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.10) Provide full support to my team members in performing their respective tasks.
