- Project managing each new interior project in the region from design to completion of construction and hand-over to interior operations.- Managing the design concept base on the client requirements. - Review all elements of the design and project process, from concept design to final construction documentation. Moreover, work closely with external architects that are appointed to coordinate new projects in the region.- Working with suppliers and assist finance director in collecting payments for services rendered on a timely basis.- Provide all project staff members with accounting and budget information for an accurate recording of labor and expenses (accounting codes, project numbers, etc). Review and approve shop drawings, answer field questions related to FF&E.
