At the Fourth Conference of the Red River Delta (RRD) Coordination Council chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, the importance of regional connectivity and the integrated development of the economy, culture, and society among the provinces in the RRD was once again emphasized as a crucial political mission. This is also one of the last wishes of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. In the first six months of 2024, the joint efforts of the 11 provinces in the RRD have helped this region lead the country in three key indicators: economic growth rate, total state budget revenue, and export value.Personally, I am very proud of these economic achievements of the RRD because my hometown is in Hung Yen, which lies at the core of this region. Therefore, as the entire region develops, it is inevitable that my hometown will also progress.The Red River Delta is the cradle of Vietnam's wet rice civilization, and as such, it has always been considered one of the most important drivers not only in terms of economics but also in culture and society. At this conference, although the Prime Minister praised the RRD for its strong efforts in attracting investment and economic development, due to remaining issues, the RRD has yet to become a shining example of sustainable economic development.As a local, I hope that through content related to the RRD and investment consulting services, my team and I can help attract more investment capital in sectors namely electronics technology, mechanical engineering, agricultural product processing, and high-quality logistics services to flow into this fertile region. This will, in turn, create quality jobs for young people, foster high-productivity production models that protect the environment, and establish a world-class industrial supply chain in the RRD. Foreign companies will own or lease the best real estate and can begin production and commercial activities in one of the safest, most stable, and dynamic regions in the Asia-Pacific.
