- Control quality of customer service delivering for international enterprises using Microsoft's products. - Attended on-site training in America and apply the same operation to build up new site in Viet Nam.- Ensure processes and quality of IT customer support match customer's expectation , mainly focus on IT issues with Microsoft Cloud Computing Services.- Build processes and change it if necessary.- Provide tools, training program for new staffs focusing on Microsoft products and processes.- Daily, weekly and monthly report to management board and partners.

- First-line supporter for help desk/ call center using troubleshooting ticket system.- Support admin to manage assets of both data center and customers.- Managing documents relate to collocation services, processes, policies, etc.- Provide and support internal teams such as: Sales, Finance, HR. - Support audits every year. - Support customer in operation and maintenance of collocation services, including “Smart hands and eyes” services, tape rotations, etc.- Issues distributor to higher level engineers if needed.- Troubleshooting with overseas carriers.- Data Center patrol and conduct checklist during the shift.
