I graduated from the University of Virginia in the Spring of 2020 with a degree in Cognitive Science, concentrating in Computer Science, and a minor in Technology Entrepreneurship. From 2018 - 2022, I worked for Innovative Software Solutions (ISS) as their Innovation Strategist and member of the Leadership Team, where I created and implemented strategic, agile processes for the company as well as executed market research, brand & feature ideation/enhancement, prototype building, and requirement/use case write-ups. Clients I serviced spanned a wide range of industries, including med-tech, social services, construction, social apps, fin-tech, and human resource tools.In February of 2022, I joined LookThink - a D.C.-based design and development shop that was acquired by the digital marketing group, Whereoware in July of that year. As a Project Manager, I oversaw and participated in the maintenance, building, and enhancement of websites and digital strategy campaigns while ensuring our team stayed on time and on budget. My team worked with a diverse group of clients that spanned many different markets, including brain and mental well-being, financial support, environmental health, artistic organizations, voting and election information dissemination, nuclear arms control, and virtual exhibitions/events.Most recently, I launched WhatWorks Collab, LLC - a consulting, design, and software development agency in May of 2023. WhatWorks is bringing a new approach to the website and app-building industry. Using my background in Cognitive and Computer Science, I will prioritize proper research and a behavioral-based perspective that combines the human reality with technology to clarify a company’s reason for being and increase user engagement.
