From my last 2 assignment, we as a team, could re-build the operation* from good standard to the world class, where, people can work at the safe, neat, tidy and convenient place where they can produce best quality products that meet customer expectation and delivers better profitability from year to year and finally can make all people to grow and happy.* Manufacturing and product development of Liquid and Milk Powder.Specialties: Problem solver, Improvement & Optimization (people, system, quality and profitability) from good to World class standard.My core specialties is to make a formula/recipe for Milk Powder (from Infant Milk Powder, Growing up and adult) Liquid milks, coffee mixes 3in1, upgrading Milk processing and overall factory.My another passion is to develop people, coach them and grow them. I can talk all night long to discuss people and leadership.
