Under the Direction of the Human Resources Director, I was brought on as the first Training and Development Manager at Upreach, LLC. In this position, I was responsible for:- Built and conducted 2-day orientation program for new hires bi-monthly.- Implemented new training system that tracked and ensured up-to-date training for over 150 employees. Training included Positive Culture, State Policies, CPR/First Aid, and company practices.- Facilitated diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging workshops for over 150 employees to support Upreach's diverse workforce and participants.- Facilitated monthly meetings with 25 lead-employees to deliver impactful service.
