In partnership with with high performing teams and stakeholders, I currently manage the following:- Create and execute job coaching curriculum geared towards attaining and retaining jobs for 30+ diverse participants across four sites.- Partner with leaders and experts from county board to bring innovative, structural changes to Learning Never Ends's Employment Program.- Cultivate and maintain community partnerships across 3 counties.- Lead 11 team members across four sites to ensure effective implementation of Learning Never Ends's Employment Program.

Under the Direction of the Executive Director, I was responsible for the following across Learning Never Ends's West and Madison sites:- Effective implementation of rehabilitation programming for 40+ diverse participants.- Set, monitored, and updated site goals to ensure participants receive impactful services.- Managed team of 7 employees by providing directions, resources, conflict resolutions and proper training.- Established culture of belonging which improved employees' satisfaction, retention, and promotion rates.- Engaged stakeholders to promote and advocate for Learning Never Ends's mission of service.- Ensured proper documentation and records that abide by state regulations.

Under the Direction of the Site Director, I was responsible for the following:- Planning and implementing of diverse, daily curriculum/programming for 40+ diverse participants.- Collaborate with guardians, and state-representatives to ensure that each participant receives service that specifically benefits their needs and goals.

Under the Direction of the Human Resources Director, I was brought on as the first Training and Development Manager at Upreach, LLC. In this position, I was responsible for:- Built and conducted 2-day orientation program for new hires bi-monthly.- Implemented new training system that tracked and ensured up-to-date training for over 150 employees. Training included Positive Culture, State Policies, CPR/First Aid, and company practices.- Facilitated diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging workshops for over 150 employees to support Upreach's diverse workforce and participants.- Facilitated monthly meetings with 25 lead-employees to deliver impactful service.

Under the Direction of the Impact Manager, I was responsible for the following:- Supported and guided team of 8 AmeriCorps members through an 11-month service commitment at Mifflin High School (9th - 12th).- Cultivated and maintained effective relationships with school administrators and staff to maximize partnership between City Year and Mifflin.- Conducted 8 monthly observations of AmeriCorps Members to support individual development and achieve site goals. Followed up with Appropriate feedback.- Supported AmeriCorps members through coaching and conflict resolutions.- Monitor team's weekly metrics of service to demonstrate impact or course correction if necessary.
