North Plastik is one of the major plastic molding partners for Automotive and domestic applices, with the HQ in Italy and a production site in Hungary. As a Key Account Manager I currently manage a portfolio with a turnover of 11milion euros.I spend about half of the annual working days in Hungary acting as Supervision and interface with the Italian plant.My main responsibilities are:- Draw up the objectives defined in the budget;- Participate in the project team for the devopment of new products, acting as an interface with the costumer and managing the contractual aspects;- Maintain and improve the company's image in the market;- Promote initiatives to mantain customer loyality;- Partecipate in research and selection of new customer / opportunities for the foreign market;- Management of Far East suppliers

With the end of the high season in Dubai, in agreement with the company I move to Germany to Europa Park (around 6 milion visitors per year). The project were to report HBL standards after a few negative season. Duties and equal responsability to the preceding expenrience.

HB Leisure (HBL) is the world's leading attraction partner for skill games and amusements across the globe. HBL operates in 15 countries and employs approximately 1500 people during peak season. After one year as a training Manager in Italy (Gardaland) I had the opportunity to independently manage a games site in Dubai.My responsibilities were:- Supervasing and controlling the work of 23 steff members;- Managing the efficiency and profitability of HB Leisure by ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained in all areas of business;- Training subordinate employees, ensuring that all operators are fully aware of HB Leisure's operating procedures and can operate any game on site to the highest possible standard;- Managing procurement including stock plans, esuring that appropriate prizes are selected for the operation;- Managing the review and development of each gamme to esure they appeal to local costumers and can be operated efficiently.
