I have twenty years of experience in the multi-family industry in multiple roles. As a Director of Security, oversight consisted of as many 106 assets throughout the United States with responsibility of budgeting, capital improvements, internal investigations, training, crime prevention, countermeasure design, development, and deployment, premises liability, and litigation. On the operations side of my experience, I’ve been responsible for as many as nine assets, and 2000 plus units with successful financial results. I have extensive experience in cradle to grave asset management. This includes design, development, lease-up, P&L management, capital improvements, and asset stabilization. My portfolio consisted of garden style, mid-rise and high rise assets. I have also prided myself with the ability to work with multiple owners with different personalities and operation styles.My goal is to find a company I can grow with, and one that fosters an entrepreneurial/ownership mentality.
