Merged with UK based MidSystems with complementary products and formed MediaBridge Technologies which was acquired by Engage Inc. for $258M

NRCR was a big data start-up that was focused on democratizing natural gas transmission and capacity data across US and Canada. With VC funding we transformed our services into energy sector trading and SCM platform and renamed our firm TransCapacity LP. As a founding member, developed strategy, team and oversaw product management, managed services, and SaaS operations focused on providing natural gas buyers, sellers, producers, distributors, and shipper’s automated processes through a 24x7x365 SaaS solutions. The company was acquired by SkippingStone in 1999 in a private deal.
