Sonny is a Senior Managing Director and Executive Vice President, serving clients throughout Southern California and across the United States. As a CPA of more than 30 years, Sonny brings extensive experience in the areas of tax incentives, mergers and acquisitions, structuring and operational consulting to corporations, partnerships and business owners. Sonny specializes in the agriculture sector and has assisted numerous agribusinesses in receiving millions of dollars back in federal and state credits. Previously, Sonny also served alliantgroup’s New York City and Washington DC practices. Prior to joining alliantgroup, Sonny served as a Tax Partner at Deloitte & Touche, where he managed a national consulting team of 30 professionals across 12 cities. As a passionate advocate of STEM education, Sonny has partnered with alliantgroup’s Blue Heart Fund to bring STEM-related curriculums and activities to underserved communities throughout Southern California.
