MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Governing the PMO process implementation- Evaluating new projects to be included in the PMO based on four criteria: strategic, high $ impact/value, cross-functional, and high impact on resource calendars- Training project staff on the PMO toolkit and project management fundamentals, such as the project life cycle, triple constraints, work breakdown, and critical pathAdvising the project structure, including roles and responsibilities, as well as the development of PMO toolkit documents, including charter, resources worksheet, plan, status dashboard, issue log, change request, and change request log- Guiding the team to defining clear RACI matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) and documenting the project roles with the VP’s office- Moving projects to PPM tool for standardized portfolio reporting on Growth, Risks, best Practices etc. - Understanding and applying risk management and change management, including assessing, planning, and executing throughout the project life cycle and driving business process changes that affect multiple organizations Improving the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of the organization project delivery capability- Providing leadership in best practices- Focusing on the customer – outward and upward- Ensuring the operational issues of the PMO are managed, focusing on interfacing with project sponsors, leads, and teams- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively.- Strong analytical skills applied to understanding business functionality and translating them into application requirements.- Ability to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations.- Excellent understanding of business complexity and project inter-dependencies.- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Business strategist; plan and manage multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains.• Excellent communicator; leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.• Expert in AGILE, SCRUM and WATERFALL project management methodologies. Able to manage large project teams and known for high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.• Experience with Project staff augmentation, that helped in building strong project teams On-shore/Off-shore. • Completion of all lifecycle stages during creation of internal web based content management application.• Flexible in adapting new changes in work environment plus project team & mode shift. • Provide, Project Management solution strategy, consulting, best practices, and creative solutions to meet customer needs leading to greater service and product adoption as per (SDLC)• Manage the process and documentation of Application development, including developing project development plans, identity management, , developing and monitoring progress against milestones, developing and updating timelines, holding project updating sessions, identifying bottlenecks and resource needs, scheduling and monitoring testing, and ensuring product documentation and development of user guides.• Develop a variety of product-related deliverables, including but not limited to detailed product specs, description of platform capabilities, required architecture, and the primary technologies on which the platform will be developed (may include third-party, licensed software where known).• Develop, manage, and monitor high level schedule and budgets for Multiple Projects.• Lead the definition, design, and overall project management of multiple product development initiatives simultaneously.
