-Evaluate market-by-market penetration of major accounts to identify competitive strengths and market share opportunities. -Oversee and grow total annual sales volume of $25M.-Develop semi-annual market penetration plan for my accounts.-Coordinates the deployment of sales support representatives to execute the plan.-Administer Supply Agreements and strategic pricing/merchandising.-Maintains direct relationships with the key decision makers in accounts.-Interact with Operations associates to ensure order fulfillment and returns.-Understand the competitor's local strategy and deploy strategies to counteract.-Conduct business and product reviews with the customers.-Ensure Serta and Simmons products and marketing message is positively and fairly represented in terms of floor space, point of sale, condition and location.-Report account information as required.
