Senior Genie
CurrentLead Genie is a client focused, senior living call center where I learned how to provide families with information on senior living communities in their area with efficiency and empathy. I met many families and individuals on their journeys to find their loved ones a good home and helped to give them peace in their decision and clarity on how to take their next steps. At Lead Genie, I was tasked with learning how to operate under several different client’s communities at once in a fast-paced environment. I was quickly promoted to Senior Genie, where I supervised several of my team members to make sure that daily operations ran smoothly. I was tasked with making sure breaks were taken on time, all phone lines were open, and any questions my team members had about each client were answered. I was also given the opportunity to assist the Tech Coordinator with building new dispositions for each client that signed on with us and instructing individual team members on how to install several work-based programs on their computers. At the end of each day that I supervised, I would run the daily reports and accurately describe said data to our company managers.
