Working in the post-acquisition integration of a commercial bank in a first level domestic financial entity, in the accounting and financial informational system. My functions are focused on the strategy of the data migration program and to ensure the correct reporting to the European Central Bank and the Spanish Central Bank.

- Project management office and follow-up, identifying and solving deviations from defined project objectives. Responsible in escalating issues to clients and senior management. Developed automated tracking tools to display progress and identify risks, provided consolidated dashboard to clients on a weekly basis.- Daily dealing with database and SQL language to drive business decisions.- Created and submitted business proposals to management and clients. Proposals include client´s requirements, benefits, costs, and project timelines. - Subject matter expert on financial and accounting templates for supervisory reporting purposes to the European Central Bank and the Spanish Central Bank. Consultative approach with clients to ensure understanding of the requirements within the specialized reporting. Work alongside clients to source the right information and ensure accurate regulatory reporting.- Supervision responsibilities of junior analysts and client contacts working on project to ensure objectives are met.

Developed a two-phase expansion plan to introduce the company’s products to the United States.Plan is designed to help the firm (i) understand the major players and trends of the U.S. food processing industry and (ii) develop a business model for exporting while lowering macro and microeconomic risks.

- Further elaborate the Procedural Manual of the enterprise. Manual is designed to help new employees learn a job within the firm as quickly as possible while lowering training costs. Spent time with the department managers within the finance, accountancy, sales, purchasing and warehouse departments of the company to fully understand all the functions in the firm- Daily dealing with twenty bills of landings.
