My Responsibility includes:1). Managing team of Branch Managers, Cluster Managers, Area Sales Manager, Sales Traders, Equity Advisors, Sales Managers and Operation manager.2). Upkeep of the Branch P&L. Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movements.3). Effective Team management and building team spirit and drive team in achieving business objectives of with various product mix.4). Identify the customer requirement and need gaps and work towards bridging the same.5). Drive employee engagement activity in the branch through knowledge of daily market update and updation of product and services.6). Evaluating portfolios of HNI & Ultra HNI clients and providing the right product mix as per there requirements. (Equity, Derivatives, Mutual funds, AIF/PE, PMS, FD's/NCD/Bonds, Structured Products, ARC, Insurance, General Insurance, Funding products:- LAS, LAP, IPO, MTF/SEBI MTF.7). Application of Derivatives Strategy & Greeks.8). Calls Auditing.9). Preparation of Portfolio Analysis statement with the use of Ace Equity Software & Ms-Excel.10). Business valuation:
