 Responsible for Inventory Management & Warehouse Management.  Plan and implement best logistical strategy to meet cost effective delivery TAT.  Coordinate with 3PL for last mile delivery with TAT.  Oversee product storage, packaging, handling and distribution.  Optimization of space and making best use of bins, pallets and floor positions in the warehouse. Efficient in managing inventory by proactively assessing the forecast. Manage, collaborate and motivate team to work effectively and efficiently. Responsible for other daily vital regular activities (inward, QA/QC, stacking, outward, MIS and reports etc). Develop new suppliers and improvise existing relationships with suppliers and 3rd party Logistics.
