I have experience in Tool Room department As a injection mould manufacturing & maintenance & hot runner mould maintenance.# knowledge about the assembly process of new moulds / Fixtures and Mould maintenance.# Good knowledge about the All Conventional m/c such as Lathe, Milling, RDM, surface Grinding m/c., Cylinderical grinding.# Knowledge about the measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometre, bore gauges etc.# Understanding of Engineering Drawing.# Fill up All tool room related documents .# To perform the runtime maintenance & Breakdown handleing of tools in daily basis.# knowledge about the mould insert polishing work - stoning,paper, diamond polishing & mirror polishing.# Working on new mould & modification in old mould for new product.# prepare QC report after QC inspection of machineing job and articles.# Responsibility of runtime checkup of moulds and keep moulds running in good condition.# Attending Trails new mould & old mould after flash correction .# Hot runner mould maintenance due to material leakage .# Blue matching work core & cavity .# Slider suiting & matching work.
