Responsible for the C level / Executive hiring within the Global Technology Markets for leading/Big4 Management Consulting firm.• Experience working in a global management consulting and outsourcing environment.• Strong in negotiations and closing of top level talent, ability to develop “trusted advisor” relationships to attract and hire “best in class” executives.• Keen sense of sourcing and networking with LinkedIn and social media and a strong Rolodex of applicable candidates.• Ability to effectively build collaborative relationships with company leadership to drive executive staffing efforts.• Successful history of working in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities.• Competent with handling high-level priorities.

• Aggressively recruit active and passive candidates through cold calling, social networking, professional Networking.• Responsible for analyzing requirements, submitting resumes, interview scheduling and status updates of candidates..Primary Responsibilities:1. Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)2. Establish an internal executive search function in the US / UK and Canada3. Develop a proactive search database of executive talent4. Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.5. Work with Sourcing Analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.6. Educate client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process7. With use of Enterprise applicant tracking technology and innovative recruiting tools, review and select candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts, determine and instruct next course of action.8. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.9. Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.10. Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager interview). 11. Attending weekly training sessions within the company, in order to ensure skill development and enhance performance during the sourcing activities. 12.
