First of all, being a student and meeting the working professionals with such experiences is itself a nervous task to do and the nervousness is doubled when one has completed the course from another nation. Though there was a little nervousness, there was this excitement of learning something new and practical oriented. It is never easy to get things spilled out at once from a completely new person but the people over there at Arya were so friendly that I myself didn’t feel any sort of hesitation to ask them any query regarding any process or the complex instrument some of which I was hearing the name for the first time. The technical staffs at Arya were the main source of practical knowledge. The amount of experience that they had was amazing. The way they explained things was impressive. The pharmacist were more dependent on them in terms of production. Their experience is the major key for the company’s success at the present time. Arya was definitely a new place for me to go and observe things as a part of curriculum but the way the pharmacist, manager or the executives treated never made me feel Arya was a new place. Moreover, the local language helped understand the things even better. I am actually glad that I chose Arya Pharmalab as my training destination.
