Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accountsreceivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.2. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and otherapplicable laws and regulations.3. Review and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and lossstatements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and integrity.4. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports tomanagement and stakeholders, highlighting key financial insights and trends.5. Coordinate and support the annual external audit process, including the preparationof audit schedules, providing necessary documentation, and addressing auditqueries.6. Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team, including training,mentoring, and performance evaluation.7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecastingprocesses, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.8. Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient accountingprocedures and controls to enhance accuracy, productivity, and compliance.9. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures,and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.10. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards in India, andproactively communicate and implement any necessary changes within theorganization.11. Conduct periodic financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost analysis to supportdecision-making and optimize financial performance.12. Monitor cash flow and manage working capital requirements to ensure adequateliquidity for the organization.13. Provide support during internal financial reviews, risk assessments, and other ad-hoc financial projects as required.
