• Managing Mumbai,Chennai Warehouse operations and Port movments (After releasing material from Nava shiva,Mundra,Cochin and Chennai port).• Shipment Movment planning,pricing and Vehicle placement as per company supply requirement .• Responsible for indentifying & addressing network quotes & pricing considering the best rates and services to ensure profitability in line .• Vendor devlopment.• Maintain and Improve DSL.• Administration of all warehouses .• Maintain and improve of service level .• Follow-ups with purchase team for Import in transit shipments.• Rejections follow-up with client and transporter.• Successfully minimized Transportation cost by 20% and Reduced in-transit times by 30% through the developments of relationships with freight companies.• Coordination with production plant for dispatch lineups.• Coordination with CHA for Lineup vehicles for dock movements .

• Vehicle placement as per customer requirement .• Pilot engagement .• Route cost control .• Administration of branch .• Manage peak time operations .• Ensure zero unaccounted loss of vehicle asset (tools/documents)• Coordinate with government agency (RTO) for on time document renewal• Ensure on time recovery of documents from Challan • Manage toolkit inventory across pit stops, conduct physical audits and ensure no mismatch• Process Set-up and Training• Responsible for setting-up new systems to build control and create and implement SOPs• Manage team of pit stop executive and associates and responsible for their performance review.• Ensure to prepare excel data sheet and maintain office record.• Ensure to on time vehicle connectivity .• Maintain and improve of service level .• Follow-up CWH vehicle .• Verify required inbound / outbound paperwork.• Supervise and coordinates with team .(250 Manpower)

• Ensure on time pickup from seller .• Managing Inward & Outward Activities .• Co-loader planning .• Maintain co­loader cut­off and follow up with seller and co - loader.• Monitoring and maintain the performance of our team.• Ensure to all connection on time bass.• Ensure on time deliveries of RTV consignment.• Ensure on time connectivity of RTO consignment .• Supervise and coordinate center staff (110 - 130).• Docs cross verification .• Packing Quality Assurance .
