I started my internship in Machhapuchhre Bank Ltd, Bhaktapur Branch in Feb 2021-April 2021and had the absolute pleasure to be included as their team member. Working at a bank as an intern I found motivation in my daily commutes through an incredible work environment. The employees were very friendly, supportive, customer-service oriented, caring and honest.My three month stay with MBL was more than a mere internship; it was an opportunity for me to prove myself as a reliable co-worker and a motivated student. It was also an opportunity to gain the office experience and direct communication with customers I had not received before. This helped me to enhance my communication skills and customer oriented service skills.Over the duration of my internship I had worked in the Customer Service Department and had the incredible opportunity to work as a representative to customers. I attended a field visit to customers with my supervisor and gained knowledge about how to communicate and provide them with a better service experience. This experience helped me to develop my quick learning skills and better communication skills with customers.In summary, I am greatly humbled and thankful for all of my supervisor and seniors at MBL for providing me with the ability to develop personally and professionally. They welcomed me immediately as part of the family and created an experience I could never forget.
