As a dedicated and highly skilled BIM Modeler and Mechanical Engineer, I bring over 5 years of extensive experience in managing diverse construction projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. My journey in the construction industry has honed my expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), project coordination, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.At CINQ Engineering & Private Limited, I have successfully prepared 3D models and coordinated works for HVAC, Domestic Water, drainage, Electrical, and Fire Protection systems. My role involves meticulous preparation of Request for Information (RFI) documents, creation of MEP templates, clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks, and generating detailed clash reports. I also specialize in creating Revit MEP shop drawings, annotations, views, sections, and 3D models, ensuring seamless on-site coordination for MEP services.Previously, at Prompt Engineering Consultancy, I handled similar responsibilities, where I played a pivotal role in the development of accurate As-Built drawings, floor plans, elevation drawings, and cross-sections using point cloud data.
