Ensure that the process flow in the operations department streamlined without any obstruction. Coordinate with departments concerned to make the content live within the stipulated time.Make the suggested changes by the TL or initiate the same to ensure that the process is streamlined. Rectify the errors which are hindering the performance or smooth flow of process as directed by the team leader. Coordinate with teams/departments concerned for maintenance/production of content for timely completion of the process. Rectify errors detected at the different stages of QC. Implement new technologies and upgrade existing e-cards to the next level of technological innovation. Make the necessary rectifications forwarded by the Quality Control team.
