• Prospecting: Generate leads via lot of cold calls through cold leads passed by strategic alliances, and then slowly introduce different stake holders, remain a SPOC to the cusomter till the project completion
• Target Account Selling (TAS): Analysing each and every customer in depth to understand the Org structure, Pains, Vision, Expansion plans and appropraiately decide a selling strategy for the customer.
• Forecasting: Forecasting yearly revenue to the Management with an accuracy of ±10%. In depth visibilty on the revenue prospects of each and every account for a financial year.
• Pipleline: Responsible to create a rolling pipeline with a target to get 80% repeat customers year on year
• Post –sales support: Responsible to provide support for atleast a year to customers, instrumental in driving repeat business
