Giving Financial Strength to Women’s by Linking of specially women account (48%) from bank for milk pouring payment.5-The work is done to build a Code No. of every farmers and link that code with his bank account so that the payment of his/her is directly deposited in his/ her account.6-Formed a Concept of VCG (Village Contact Group) 130 VCG for Rural Youths to Connect them for Dairy Businesses so that to Generate Awareness and Employment opportunities for self-dependent.7-Preparing case study and success story, and Monthly Progressive Report (MPR) to the higher management on regular basis.8-Others duties/ tasks assigned or require by management.

To start a new batch of eyemitra training, firstly I with my team mobilize to the youth who passed minimum 10th with age complete 20 years. I did this task from morning to evening and whole mobilization at Market place, door to door, village level gram panchayat meeting, in college presentation, Van activity, collect lead (Hot, Warm, Piping Hot, cold lead). This task carried out for 10 days.3. Provide two month training and certificate by NSDC . 4. The intervention (vocational course and entrepreneurial development was very good.5. Hand Holding support work to 165 eyemitra one year by Eye Mitra Coordinator by me.6. Held Vision Screening Event (VSE) 25 every months in the purpose of the free eye screening by the eyemitra. This was conducted as per the calendar scheduled at the staring of the month. 7. Monitoring and coordination to team and eyemitra .8. Preparing case study and success story, and monthly progressive report sales report to the higher management on regular basis.
