About Sonu Mathew

I am responsible to strategise, grow and execute delivery excellence across Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Pharma and Airports. With over two decades of experience in IT services and solutions, I have a proven track record of delivering value and innovation to clients across various industry segments. I work closely with the CXO's to align the IT strategy with the business goals and to continuously innovate and improve the customer experience and operational efficiency. I lead a diverse team of professionals, including Customer Partners, Delivery Partners, and Architects, to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Prior to this, I led the strategic relationship between Kyndryl and Bangalore International Airport Ltd. (BIAL), one of the largest and busiest airports in India where I was responsible for the P&L and the delivery of digital transformation and IT operations for BIAL, covering application, infrastructure, and security services.My mission is to build and lead customer-centric teams to drive engagements that help clients innovate and transform to be digital enterprises.
