•Gather-verify invoices, maintain AR records to ensure- aging is up to date, credits & collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted & miscellaneous differences are cleared•Consolidation & updating of AR Aging reports. Perform daily cash management duties, incl. the recording of bank deposits, updating & distribution of cash receipt logs & posting of cash to the subledger•Monitor & collect AR by contacting clients through various communication channels•Prepare AR report for top management to gain a better understanding of the collection efforts•Facilitate the independent coordination of internal & external audit processes. Ensure that audit-related documents are easily accessible & organized•Collaborate with the IT department to set up ERP system that streamlines AR processes. Identify areas for improvement by leveraging the ERP's data analytics capabilities•Periodically review & optimize AR processes to adapt to changing business needs & evolving best practicesRole 2- Procurement & Inventory Management- Doosan Infracore International•Procurement- Preparing purchase requisitions, raising RFQs, comparing quotes, issuing PO, preparing GRN, managing payments & tracking payables•Inventory Management- Regular stock monitoring, Costing, Pricing, Preparing the Closing & Opening stock lists, Physical verification, Undertaking Stock audit & classifications, Executed ABC analysis, Forecasting & Monitoring the Safety stock levels, Training, Documentation & Continuous ImprovementRole 3- Sales- ALBA(Aluminium Bahrain) & ASRY(Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Bahrain)•With client SAP platform & other software, review, monitor & track the RFQs, Generate quotations & ensure pricing & product details are accurate and up-to-date, Track & monitor PO from clients, Ensure on-time delivery & the Document Arrangement for Delivery, Prepare purchase requisitions, Update & follow up with clients regarding the orders and delivery & Ensure PO are closed when invoiced.
