Regularly engage in calls and meetings to understand their evolving staffing needs and align our services accordingly. Requirements Gathering: Act as the primary point of contact for clients when they have staffing requirements. Elicit detailed job requirements, including job descriptions (JDs), skill sets, experience levels, and timelines. Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with your recruitment team to disseminate client requirements accurately and efficiently. Ensure clear communication of JDs, expectations, and any specific instructions to your team members. Sourcing Strategy: Develop and communicate effective sourcing strategies to your recruitment team. Guide them on utilizing various platforms, including Monster, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CareerBuilder, to identify and approach potential candidates. Profile Screening: Oversee the screening and evaluation of candidate profiles submitted by your recruiters. Assess candidates against client-specific criteria and provide constructive feedback to your team members. Client Submissions: Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients like HCL and TCS in a timely and organized manner. Ensure that submissions align with client expectations and requirements. Follow-Up: Maintain constant communication with client managers to keep them updated on candidate progress, interview schedules, and any relevant feedback. Proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
