Responsible for coal supply planning pit-to-shipment and blending various coal source to meet SAB’s typical brand: Semi Soft Coking Coal, Semi Hard Coking Coal, and Hi-CV Thermal Coal. Scope of works:• Create detailed coal blending and cargo plans (monthly & 3-monthly), considering quality, quantity, availability, and market demands.• Manage coal blending process, by arranging and supervising coal blending to meet customer specifications and quality standards.• Coordinate with the mining, geology, logistics, and marketing departments for production and marketing forecasts.• Monitor coal inventory levels and coordinate with mining, logistic, and marketing departments to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts inventory.• Implement quality control protocols throughout coal blending to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.• Manage sampling plans, overseeing the sampling and lab. procedures carried out by in-house laboratory and third-party surveyors.• Generate reports on coal blending, coal planning, and coal inventory data.• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards in coal blending operations.

Responsible for overseeing operations within the Run-of-Mine (ROM), Hauling Road, and Port. Handling various coal products from subsidiaries of PT MEMI; LTS-LCV coal, HTS-HCV coal, LTS-HCV coal, and HTS-LCV coal.Scope of works: • Monitoring and implementing regulatory authority over the coal quality within the ROM site andthe Port area. Ensuring coal product quality meets company and marketing standards.• Formulating coal blending strategies aligned with the terms in the buyer's contractual agreement for shipment.• Create and manage sampling plans, overseeing the sampling and lab. procedures carried out by third-partysurveyors.• Creating a hauling and crushing plan (coal flow) that aligns with the coal blending requirements for shipment.• Coordinating with the Mine Planning Dept. and the Geology Dept. in relation to the production plan and pit reserve.• Liaising collaboratively with the Marketing Dept, encompassing aspects of coal inventory, coal quality, administrative matters, and operational related to coal shipment.• Managing exports customs clearance for Mother Vessel (PEB Issuing, LHV, CEISA, Minerba MOMS).• Creating regular reports covering coal QAQC data, hauling and crushing performance assessments, ROM to Port inventory updates, and blending strategies for shipping. Ensuring timely submissions through the Minerba MOMS system.Performance highlights:• Experienced in handling and formulating blending plan from various coal products (LCV-HCV-LTS-HTS), achieving >95% accuracy and zero reject.• Achieved cargo readiness plan (hauling-crushing target) with zero demurrage in 2022 and 2023. Earned +100.000 USD despatch fee in 2023.• Achieved zero complaints for meeting govt. regulations in coal shipment (MOMS, LHV, CEISA reporting and PEB issuing).

I tried to do research about rock typing of Kais Formation which was the main constituent of the hydrocarbon reservoir in Salawati Basin.My scope of works :• Identified rock type at Kais Formation reservoir of Salawati Basin using Flow Zone Indicator (FZI) method.• Implemented permeability prediction of the uncored interval at exploration wells using a multi-linear regression method.
