Legal, Company Secretary and Head of Strategic Initiatives.In charge for legal compliance & Company Secretary of a listed company, with additional responsibility of business opportunity identification, evaluation and presenting to the Board, based on the requirement of the Board. Also set up an Equity Research division for a group company which is into capital markets.

Corporate Secretarial, Legal Compliances, Green field project management & Support to Corporate Finance team. Supported legal & project team in getting 150 acres of lease land from TIDCO ( Govt Agency) and supported in implementation of green field project on Beta-carotene production. Also co-ordinated with Bankers, Technology Development, Board, Dept of Biotechnology on funding & approvals. Also co-ordinated for various patents filings with IPR office and patent attorneys. Played a crucial role in setting up a Pilot Bio-Diesel plant from vegetable oil, with carotenoids like Beta-carotene & Lutein as by-products. Managed from company formation, funding, project approvals, purchase, recruitment, factory setting and till trial production. Later, the same technology was used to set up one of the India's largest bio-diesel plants.
