Country Program Management and Coordination with NTFP-EP• Coordinates and manages the country programme including strategic plan development, annual planning, financial management, staff management, annual performance evaluations, contracts and projects management and reporting, partner/stakeholder consultations and accountability, supervision and capacity building of NTFP-EP Cambodia staff;• Manages timely planning and reporting for all country projects, including partner reports and consolidates this for the NTFP-EP secretariat, donors and relevant stakeholders;• Coordinates monitoring and evaluation of the country programme and projects of NTFP-EP Cambodia; Ensures overall financial accountability of NTFP-EP Cambodia including coordination of necessary audit procedures;Networking, Advocacy and Exchanges• Convenes regular and special/thematic meetings of NTFP-EP partners especially CNWG, as a key mechanism for information and knowledge sharing and learning among NTFP-EP partners and other key NTFP stakeholders;• Identifies and facilitates process to better structuralize the partners network and governance functions and relationship with NTFP-EP, including that of the CNWG and other networks in which NTFP-EP participates;• Assists in the conduct of cross country activities of the NTFP-EP

Planned, oversaw the delivery of Cardamom Mountains Wildlife Sanctuary Project (CMWSP) and coordinate associated up to seven sub-projects to support the five-year management of Phnom Samkos Wildlife Sanctuary. Liaised with over 60 government counterparts including Park Directors, rangers, senior government officers, and sub-national government counterparts.

Supported the Country Director and the development of FFI Cambodia Programme.Planned, led, managed and monitored the Community and Environment component, a second largest component of CMWSP, in forming Community Protected Areas (CPAs) and sustainable livelihoods development. Managed and monitored sub-grants given to local NGO partners including Save Cambodia's Wildlife and CEDAC.

During that period, the FFI Cambodia Programme had 4 major projects: Cardamom Mountains Wildlife Sanctuaries Project (funded by UND-GEF, UNF and EU), Cambodian Crocodile Conservation Programme, Indochina Elephant Programme, and Primate Conservation Project, Cambodia. FFI Cambodia is also involved in environmental policy, awareness-raising and capacity building initiatives. From February 2001 to July 2003, my responsibilities within FFI’s Administration and Finance team grew steadily as I graduated from Office Assistant to Senior Administrative and Finance Manager.
