Provide project management, pre-acquisition, acquisition and relocation services on projects involving residential, commercial, and industrial properties for highway and airport expansion/ improvements. Prepare cost estimates for right of way budgeting, provide design input, identify eligible property owners and tenants, meet with participants to discuss program benefits, provide relocation assistance. Hire and oversee consultant progress, provide direction and leadership including assignment of work, performance reviews, scheduling and project status. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with project sponsors and development teams.
