In my position as Lead Project Coordinator for the Intertek Lab in Plano, TX I am centrally involved in the daily operations of the Engineering Team including customer relations, scheduling/management of engineering projects, global interoffice collaboration and the maintenance of project metrics. I supervise three Project Coordinators & two Administrative Assistants in support of these business goals.In addition, The PC/Admin Team at the Intertek Plano Lab completes a variety of administrative duties including forecasting, report management, billing, finance, and purchasing. This work has deepened my appreciation for the importance of a diverse and multi-talented team to deliver results. Operations, Business Process & Sales have to work together in order to achieve success.

Imagine! is a non-profit organization servicing individuals with developmental disabilities in Boulder and Broomfield Counties. During my 8 years at this organization, I was promoted twice and found myself Supervising over 25 staff members, while performing human resources duties including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, payroll, employee relations, discipline and performance evaluation. I became familiar with HRIS database creation and management, Worker Eligibility Laws, Workman’s Compensation, COBRA, HIPAA and FMLA. I also implemented training of primary caregivers including creation of training materials and leading over 72 hours of group sessions.I was privileged to serve as a liaison between Innovations, Imagine! Quality Assurance and Colorado governmental agencies, including review and training on regulatory requirements and completed 5 successful audits of Colorado regulatory program requirements.This experience provided me with a solid skill set to enter into the world of business.
